We are actively seeking a talented Web Developer to develop a web application that will allow pharmacies to offer clinical events to their patients. The website will provide location services to identify franchised pharmacies near the users location and allow for searching the event list for types of events, locations, etc. This platform will provide the scalability required to allow for additional services and manage the expected growth in the current immunization and clinical programs. Full Stack Web Developer Key Components:

  • The functionality of the current app will be replicated in the new application with key improvements to the user interface and overall user experience

  • When able, we will leverage reusable code and existing services in an effort to compress the development timeline, create efficiencies, and keep costs down

  • You'll have access to existing frameworks to enable a responsive design as well as keeping pace with new available technologies to help with scalability and performance

  • We will use current practices and features to direct pharmacy traffic to the new application; we have an existing platform that can provide services needed to fulfill the requirements of this new app/feature

  • The application will be developed with an architecture that will allow us to add new services int he future without having to revisit architecture of data schemas

Necessary Technologies That May Be Used:

  • Development of work products: .NET/C#, Microsoft Azure Cloud services, SQL, Reactjs

  • Storage: SQL Server Standard and Enterprise databases, Azure data services, SQL Mirroring and SQL TDE, SQL Server integration services

  • Front End Development: HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Javascript, Bootstrap 4 framework, WCF REST Service

  • Third party integrations: SendGrid (email), Cdyne (SDMS), Google Analytics, Swiftype (global search)

Additional Information: This 1099 contractor project is scheduled to start in early November and planned to take 10-12 weeks. The role can sit 100% remote.

The team will develop using a hybrid Agile process combining Kanban and scrum to deliver the products. We use Microsoft Visual Studio Online for the development IDE, and use GIT source code repository.
